Underdrain must be either shown or a geotech report submitted which confirms the lack of the need to install. In the event that an underdrain is needed in the future it will be the responsibility of this developer to install as a retro fit situation.

Please resubmit the utility drawings with the underdrain shown or submit a geotech report.

The construction drawings did not include an underdrain system. Provide a geotech report that states underdrains are not required.

Be advised that in the future if it is deemed that underdrains are required then the developer is responsible for retrofitting to installing the system.

Replace the submitted "Final Drainage Report for Paint Brush Hills Filing 13E" with the approved Preliminary Drainage Report for this site. The FDR for Filing 13E will be reviewed with the plat application.
Unresolved. Upload a copy of the PDR for Paint Brush Hills - Phase 2, approved by the county on Jan 27, 2005.
