Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The address on the application is not a valid address for this parcel. Parcel number on the application is for vacant land with no address clearly assigned. On page A1.00 site plan, the lot depicted as 10005 is on the corner of Lucky 4 Terrrace & Lucky Road. From that corner to the parcel on application 83092-00-031 is the 4th lot from the corner with only 3 lots are depicted. Edit this site plan to show the accurate layout of the surrounding lots. Access is being shown going straight through lot 10055 Lucky 4 Terrace-83092-00-005. Access to 83092-00-031 is above 10055 Lucky 4 Terrace. 2. Street name is Lucky 4 Terrace please edit all end tabs 3. Address assigned to US West now Verizon is 10115 Lucky 4 Terrace, edit all pages to show correct address when submitting for permit to Regional Building Department. Floodplain has no comment. |
