Lighting Plan- See redlines, Light poles have a maximum height of 20 feet in parking areas, and 15 feet rest of site. Also the footcandles can not be great than 0.1 when property line is adjacent to residential zoning or adjacent to Right of Way. 2. Secondary addressing is not approved by this department. Email discussions with Casey Greer regarding how the secondary addressing should be, to place in May and had been completed. What is attached to this submittal are still incorrect.

The Colorado Springs Comprehensive Planning Division has no comments or concerns with this application pending any comments from the Airport or City Utilities. As with other applications in Cherokee Metro. District we do note the dynamic with wastewater service.
