A determination could not be made based upon the information and request made. Please resubmit with the additional requested information. 1. You have requested a determination of non-conforming use and structures. In the request you have not, however, provided any evidence as to why you believe the structures/uses to be legal nonconforming. We require you to supply all pertinent information as part of the request. This could be in the form of photographs, signed affidavits, tax records, aerial imager, newspaper articles, etc. 2. You have not identified what structures and uses are onsite. Please supply a site plan along with a narrative outlining the uses/structure you would like a determination on. |
