Comments to Detention Maintenance Agreement are attached. This should actually be submitted with the Approval of Location rather than this exemption plat. Enumerations has the following comments:
1. Address for proposed tract L will remain as 1625 N Yoder Road. Address for proposed tract M, will be 1515 N Yoder Road.
2. Because the access is the proposed substation is more than 500’ from Yoder Road, a permanent address sign needs to be posted at the access on Yoder Road.
3. If the intent is to have the addresses on the exemption plat, when recorded with the Clerk & Recorders office, Enumeration will need to review the mylar prior to recordation.
Standard Plat comments apply: ENUMERATIONS/FLOODPLAIN WILL REVIEW THE MYLAR PRIOR TO PLAT FOR ADDRESS PLACEMENT, ROAD NAMING, TITLE BLOCK, & FLOODPLAIN STATEMENT.

$10.00 PER LOT & TRACT FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE REVIEW OF THE MYLAR. IF AN ADDRESS IS NOT NEEDED ON A TRACT THEN NO FEE APPLIES. CHECK SHOULD BE MADE OUT TO PIKES PEAK REGIONAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT. PAID DIRECTLY TO ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT.

A COPY OF THE FINAL RECORDED PLAT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO APPROVAL IN ENUMERATIONS DEPARTMENT ON ANY COMMERCIAL PLANS SUBMITTAL.

Floodplain has the following comment:
1. There is not a floodplain statement on the exemption plat. This is not required due this parcel not having floodplain.
