The City of Colorado Springs recommends that this property would be a good candidate for annexation, given its location in an enclave of diminishing area, and noting the City just completed annexation of the high rise building property to the south. Facilities and service provision to this area will ultimately be more efficient and effective overall, if this property were annexed. Given, that a special zoning approval is being requested, at minimum, the City would suggest careful attention by the County to your special uses approval standards, in light of the above comments. 12/21/2017 11:53:09 AM
