General
1.Prior to recording we will need the recording fee, tax valorem showing a zero balance, and title dated within 30 days. The Mylar will need to be signed by all parties other than the Director and have the PPRBD stamp placed on it. NOTE: this is an FYI for closing out the project. Do not complete this step until the PM has told you that you are ready for recording.
2. Any items that are uploaded will override the previous versions and replace them.
3. Additional redlines and comments will be submitted upon completion of the PCD engineer.

Title
1. Items 11 & 12 of the Murr title commitment and 22 of the Prospero title indicate the mineral rights have been severed. Please update the mineral rights certificate and send the required notice to the current mineral holder.
Site Plan
1. Please add the dimensions from all improvements to the property lines for all structures on both parcels. This way we may verify all setbacks are being met.

1. For both lots, the entire address needs to be placed on the lot. 13A-6415 Prospero Road & 12A-6380 Murr Road.
2. Enumerations will review the mylar prior to plat. A copy of the final recorded plat is required.
3. For your information: There is not a floodplain statement on the proposed plat. There is no floodplain on either lots. A floodplain a statement is not required.
