1. If the request is approved a site development plan will be required. It is at this time that the landscaping plan will be approved/denied. The BoCC may waive the landscaping requirements but staff does not recommend a waiver.

1. The item filed under well permit appears to be a change in ownership form versus the actual well permit.
Letter of intent
1. Please define your proposed use based upon the terminology found within the Land Development Code. To do so please review the allowed uses in chapter 5 and the definitions in chapter 1. (Ex: if it follows a General Office call it
general office throughout).
2. Please revise the language under fencing to be waiver of fencing requirement.
3. Please add a statement regarding your hardship, or reason why the variance should be approved. Explain why rezoning/annexing is not an option.
4. Please address all the variance of use review criteria individually.

FYI - On the site development plan the following will be required:
- The applicant shall identify the first 50 feet of the driveway to be paved.
- A drainage letter is required.
