No additional comments from Fire.
The owner should be conscious of fire spread in facilities where vehicles are parked closely and consider providing additional space to break up the continuity of fuels if a fire starts preventing rapid spread.

Enumerations has the following comments:

1. I understand you have been operating out of this current office trailer for 20 year but, a permit is required for the set of this modular building & the other 3 buildings. Regional Building does not show any such record. All detached structures will need to be assigned a separate address. Is there a placard on the trailer from the state? Contact this department for addresses. Amy@pprbd.org
2. Are the Dry Van Trailers on wheels, if they are not on wheels they will require a permit as well. For more information on this contact a construction plans examiner with RBD.
3. What is labeled as pull through parking, are proposed as carports or are theses just parking spaces for RV’s? If they are carports permits will be required.
4. The holding tank for onsite for the wastewater treatment system will also require a plan submittal and permit with RBD.
5. The other existing metal building, 19 x 60t x 120ft is permitted at 16140 Old Denver Road. All other 3 existing buildings are required to have plan review and permits pulled.
6. Sign permits will be a separate submittal from the building permit. An address will also be assigned to the sign. This will be assigned once applications goes through the Enumerations department.

Floodplain has no comment.
