Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9C, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Since the replatting of Lot2 of Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9A to split this lot into 2 lots will take place at a later time, the proposed structure should use the currently assigned address of 2457 N. Marksheffel Rd. A new address will be assigned for the portion of the lot which will be split off with the replat as part of the platting process for Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9C.





Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.

Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9B, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The addresses for these lots will not change with the lot line adjustment, but, they should appear on the plat. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. Since all addresses are existing, no Enumerations fee will be due.
2. Marksheffel Rd. should appear on the mylar as N. Marksheffel. Rd.
