Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9B, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. None of the addresses of the existing lots will change with this replat. However, per Regional Building Code section RBC312.8, addresses must appear on plats. The current addresses for each lot must appear on the mylar in the appropriate location.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. Since all of the addresses are existing, no Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review.
3. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat for our records.

Delete the following plat notes as they are incorrect:

32) IF A CRANE IS USED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD, AN FAA FORM 7450-1 WILL NEED TO BE FILED THROUGH THE AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICES AND APPROVED BY THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION BEFORE ANY BUILDING PERMIT IS ISSUED BY THE CITY OR COUNTY. NORMAL TIME REQUIRED FOR APPROVAL IS 30-60 WORKING DAYS.

33) IF USE OF EQUIPMENT (PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY) WILL EXCEED 60 FEET ABOVE GROUND LEVEL IN HEIGHT AT THIS SITE, THE APPLICANT IS TO FILE AN AIRSPACE EVALUATION CASE WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) AND PROVIDE THE RESULTS TO THE AIRPORT BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.

Regarding a request for approval of a development plan at 2457 N Marksheffel Rd., Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The development plan is calling this Lot 2B of Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9B, however, the plat submitted for Filing 9B (under separate submittal) shows only adjustments to existing lots from Filing 9A, not dividing Lot 2 into 2 separate lots. Clarify how the 2 lots shown in this development plan will be created.
2. The address for Lot 2 of Claremont Ranch Filing No. 9A is 2457 N. Marksheffel Rd. This address most likely can be used for proposed Lot 2B, with a new address being assigned to proposed Lot 2A, unless for some reason the developer wants to use that address for Lot 2A and assign a new one for this lot.
3. Secondary structures such as trash enclosures and signs will be assigned separate address as needed at time or plan submittal.
