Review 7: Comments are resolved.

1. Submit signed plans for approval. FYI: All sheets must have engineering seal with signature & date of signature.

2. Update the document description on eDARP from "As Built CDs" to "Revised Construction Drawings". These are not as-built drawings.

3. Submit CAD dwg file. Per Section 5.9.4 of the ECM update: "On or after July 1, 2019, all construction drawings and final plat base drawings submitted for final signature approval by the ECM Administrator shall be provided in .PDF and CAD file format (.dwg) 2016 or newer version. Included with the CAD file submitted for final approval shall be at least two survey reference points to allow the County to move, fit and rotate the project file to the survey coordinate system used by El Paso County."

4. See Section 5.3.15.E.4 and 5.10.6 of the ECM update regarding Engineering Record Drawings requirement. Engineering Record Drawings are required at the time of preliminary acceptance.

1. Per Regional Building Code, section RBC312.8 addresses must appear on plats. Submit a 100 scale copy of the plat to our office for addressing. Place an (xxxx) on all lots and tracts which will require an address, in the location the address will be needed. Once addressing is completed, the addresses will be returned so that they may be placed on the mylar prior to recording.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names and floodplain statement. A fee of $10 per lot/tract addressed, payable to Pikes Peak Regional Building Department will be due at the time of mylar review.
3. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat to Enumerations. Approval of any plans submitted for this development will be pending receipt in our office of a copy of the final recorded plat.
4. All road names for this development have been accepted, except that the street shown as Bittercress Drive was accepted as Bittercress Place. Verify with Justin Annan at El Paso/Teller 911 whether or not this change of suffix is acceptable.



Floodplain has the following comments:

1. This plat appears to be in compliance with Regional Building Code section RBC313. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with any questions or concerns regarding floodplain code compliance.
