Regarding a request for administrative relief at 2140 Slocum Rd., Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Since the address is established and will only contain 1 single family residence per the letter of intent, Enumerations has no comments of objections.


Floodplain has the following comments:

1. As stated in the letter of intent, the rebuilt home may not have a basement and must be 36 inches above the adjacent grade. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with questions.
