-Enumerations review of the plan submittal for the proposed build of the home was based on the property owner advising me that El Paso County Zoning was approving the driveway access from Fontley Court. Also Per Enumerations code RBC312.5.4.1 Detached Single-unit Residential Structure. The numeric address shall be assigned from the block series of the street that is located parallel to the exterior face of the structure that contains, regardless of angle, the main, or commonly known front door, entrance into the structure.
