You have included citations from the County Policy Plan but there is no analysis. Please add an analysis to discuss why you believe your proposal meets the cited goals/policies. 2. The letter of intent does not specifically cite the Tri-Lakes plan. Please revise. 3. Please add information regarding the existing home and how it meets the proposed zone requirements. 4. Revise language to replace minor plat with minor subdivision. Mineral/Title 1. Title commitment item #2 severs the mineral rights. Please revise the mineral right certificate and provide notice to the mineral rights owner. Drainage Report 1. Page 9 is a duplicate. |
