For Informational Purposes: The site plan shows a concrete deck within the required 25' setback. Should this area ever be covered, a dimensional variance would be required. Should the plat be amended, the administrative relief will also need to be amended. For this reason, a decision will not be made until all outstanding comments associated with the plat have been resolved. |

An accessory structure may not be a standalone use within the RR-2.5 zoning district. Please label shed as to be removed, or show where it will be relocated to on lot 1. 3. Should the administrative relief request be approved, the rezone and subdivision will also need to be approved in order to create two legal lots. |
