Address whether or not the "corral" will be incorporated into part of the kennel or not.

Most of these comments are for the future site development plan application. They are important for that application.

See attachments titled redlines.

Regarding a request for approval of administrative relief for a reduced setback at 14094 E. US Highway 24, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Enumerations has no objection to the reduced setbacks. There are a couple of informational items we would like to convey, however. Any structure related to the dog kennel business which is submitted for review/building permit will receive a separate address from the residence on the property.
2. In addition, most of this parcel is located in a FEMA identified floodplain. Compliance with Regional Building Code section RBC313 will be required. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with questions of concerns regarding compliance with floodplain code.

Add a paragraph describing the anticipated vehicle traffic.
Will clients come to the property at any time, is it by appointment only?
How many clients do you expect to visit the kennel (per day or week or month)?
What is the hours of operation?

Falcon Fire Protection District has reviewed the application for Administrative Relief to allow a kennel setback of 160 ft where 200 is required and has no objection on this request. If the future kennel is determined to be a commercial building by the Regional Building Department then all construction drawings will need to be submitted, reviewed and approved by Fire Prevention prior to construction. 10/24/2017 2:21:16 PM
