1. The LOMR-F & CLOMR should be effective before the plat is recorded. The effective date needs to be in the floodplain statement, not a pending comment. Enumerations/Floodplain will not sign off on the mylar until the date is effective for the LOMR-F & CLOMR. 2. Contact Enumerations for the remaining addresses to be placed on the mylar. 3. FINAL PLAT STANDARD COMMENTS: ENUMERATIONS/FLOODPLAIN WILL REVIEW THE MYLAR PRIOR TO PLAT FOR ADDRESS PLACEMENT, ROAD NAMING, TITLE BLOCK, & FLOODPLAIN STATEMENT. $10.00 PER LOT & TRACT FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE REVIEW OF THE MYLAR.
