Review 1 comments below. 1. Show the FEMA 100yr floodplain on the zoning exhibit. 2. Per Land Development Code Section 8.4.2.B.1.e "base flood elevation data approved by the jurisdictional floodplain authority and 100yr floodplain boundaries shall be shown on the plat." The FEMA 100yr flood plain going through the property is a Zone A floodplain (no base flood elevation are shown). With the subsequent subdivision application the applicant will have to process a LOMR with FEMA to establish the base flood elevation data. 3. Ellicott Hwy is located within the property. ROW dedication will be required with the subsequent subdivision. |
