Regarding a request for approval of a development plan for lots 24 and 25 of Claremont Business Park Fil. No. 2, Enumerations has the following comments: 1. The address of 7358 Cole View for Lot 24 and 7386 Cole View for Lot 25 should be used for any plans submitted for review/permit. Both buildings shown appear to have the potential for multiple tenants. Any plans submitted should show the secondary addressing for the maximum number of possible tenants that the building can hold. Secondary addressing guidelines are available on our website, www.pprbd.org ->addressing-> secondary addressing guidelines. If any tenant occupies more than 1 space, then they would need to pick which suite number they will use, or, if the tenant will occupy the entire building, no suite number will be needed.
