If the welping kennel cannot be relocated to meet the 200 foot requirement a separate application for the Administrative Relief will be required. The fee is $587. Please verify that this is what you need and I will set up the project. 1/14/2019 10:58:53 AM

Site Development Plan_V1, see redlines, all existing structures need to be included, and Letter of Intent should indicate which ones will not be included or used with relation to Kennel. Landscape plan is missing legend for what trees or plants will be used, the required quantity and amount provided. Please see Section 6.2.2 of the Land Development Code for requirements. If you cannot meet the minimum then an "Alternative Landscape Plan" must be requested in the Letter of Intent. 1/14/2019 10:50:34 AM

Enumerations/Floodplain have the following comments;

1. What is the structure to the very west close to the property line? This structure is shown on an aerial view on Regional Building departments GIS. Is this structure still on site?
2. The site plan provided shows 2 existing out buildings. Your intent letter states there are 4 outbuildings & 1 loafing shed. A call was made to the El Paso County Assessor’s office regarding the number of buildings on the property. They have listed besides the main home, an equipment building, stable & utilities building. On your site plan include all structures on the parcel and label use. When were these buildings built? Regional Building department has no permit record of any of these structures being built.
3. Each building used for commercial use will be assigned an address.
4. Per the El Paso County Assessor’s the equipment building, stable & utilities building are all currently listed as commercial use. But they will need to be brought up to current commercial standards. Contact Shelley with building construction plan review for further details. shelley@pprbd.org
