1. The vicinity should show a major roadway intersection. 2. There is no elevation showing the type of screening to be installed. 3. All commercial uses are required to follow the landscaping requirements in Chapter 6 of the Land Development Code. The existing vegetation will count toward the requirement. If an alternative is requested it must be requested in writing with the director approving the request. 4. By natural light, do you mean the sun? or is this solar operated lights? |

Regarding a request for approval of a site development plan for a contractors storage facility at 17975 Black Squirrel Rd., Enumerations has the following comments: 1. There are no structure being proposed at this time. If in the future any structures are to be constructed, that structure would receive an address separate from the existing residence.
