In March of 2014, then superintendent Mr. Ted Bauman communicated with Mr. Jeff Greene (County Administrator) regarding this 70+ acre development. In September of 2018, the Lewis-Palmer School District Board of Education approved the sale of this property. 1. The fire protection report is illegible due to the way it was scanned in. Please rescan and resubmit.
2. Please consider revising the letter of intent to specifically address the review criteria.
3. On page of the certified mail stubs appears to be missing. Per the title commitment (#12) the mineral rights have been severed so this mineral rights owner should also be notified

Enumerations/Floodplain have the following comments:

1. For roads with more the 5 lots, (not to include the two outside lots) will require a street name added. Consult with El Paso/Teller 9-1-1 Authority for further information.
2. Page 3 key map referencing the wrong filings.
3. On each lot place (xxx) where driveway access and front door is proposed for address placement.
4. There is no Floodplain statement on the amendment.
