There have been several inquiries from the public regarding this development so staff anticipates the item being a regular item once scheduled for hearing.

Review 2.
Previous comment was to submit a revised MDDP or an addendum to the original MDDP addressing water quality. The design engineer has addressed the additional WQ requirements (WQ Ponds C2, C4 and C8) in the final drainage report for filing 4.

The intent of the original comment was to be able to track the additional WQ requirements for future filings not shown on the original MDDP.

Provide the following instead of the original review comment:
- Revise the drainage report title to "Final Drainage Report for Walden Preserve 2 - Filing No. 4 and Master Development Drainage Plan Addendum for Walden Preserve 2 PUD"
- Upload the drainage report in the PUD project.
- See PCD Project SF1834 for any additional comments to the drainage report.

1. The El Paso County floodplain maps have updated. The new map series is “G”. The new effective date is December 7, 2018.
2. Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire development to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the DP will be placed on a list to be addressed.
3. STANDARD ENUMERATIONS COMMENTS-DEVELOPMENT PLAN :

For assignment of addressing for lots and tracts, place (xxx) where they are intended to be utilized. Lot, placement to be front door.

Provide a 100 scale copy or larger of the entire development to this department so that addressing can be assigned. Once received, the DP will be placed on a list to be addressed.

An email from El Paso/Teller County 9-1-1 Authority, reserving the street names in this development is required to be emailed to the Enumerations department. Amy@pprbd.org or Brent@pprbd.org

In March of 2014, then superintendent Mr. Ted Bauman communicated with Mr. Jeff Greene (County Administrator) regarding this 70+ acre development. In September of 2018, the Lewis-Palmer School District Board of Education approved the sale of this property. 1. On page of the certified mail stubs appears to be missing. Per the title commitment (#12) the mineral rights have been severed so this mineral rights owner should also be notified.
2. the PUD does not identify allowed uses, accessory uses, height, etc. This will become the zoning of this area and should be complete.
