Regarding a request for approval to install new equipment and supporting ground level equipment on an existing cell tower, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The address of 18975 Pebble Beach Way was assigned for cellular equipment in 2006 but never utilized. Using this address for this purpose now is acceptable to Enumerations and any plans submitted should be submitted using this address.





Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.
