Information regarding this Phase 2C development of the High Pines Patio Homes was presented to the Lewis-Palmer School District Board of Education in September 2017. Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for High Pines Patio Homes Phase 2C, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. A plat titled “High Pines Patio Homes Phase 2C” was recorded in 2007 and encompassed the address of 1418 Piney Hill Pt. The title of this proposed plat needs to change.
2. The addresses shown on this plat are consistent with the way this development was addressed. No addresses will change as a result of this plat.
3. Prior to plat, Enumerations will review the mylar for addresses, street names, title block and floodplain statement. Since no new addresses will be assigned, no Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review.



Floodplain has the following comments:

1. The map number 08041C0276F should be removed from the floodplain statement as this area is entirely contained within map number 08041C0075F
