Regarding a request for approval of a final plat for Meadowbrook Crossing, Enumerations has no additional comments or concerns to this submittal.


Floodplain has the following comments:

1. Section RBC313.18.5 requires that Base Flood Elevations and Floodplain boundaries for the tracts containing the floodplain areas be shown on the plat. Contact Floodplain Administrator Keith Curtis (Keith@pprbd.org, 719-327-2898) with questions or concerns regarding compliance with the floodplain code.
