Please add the utility providers to the plat notes. The Assistant County Attorney (Lori Seago) has determined that the original 300 year water waiver for the Academy Village Filing No 2 subdivision is still valid while reviewing this replat. A new waiver will not be required. Please edit the LOI to state such. Staff will send a submittal request for the site development plan within the week. |

Kari - In Donala’s request for waiver from the 300-year rule, they state: “they have not been able to confirm if the BOCC approved a waiver of the 300-year rule for Lot 4. Lots 1-3 were platted prior to imposition of the 300-year rule. Assuming that no documentation can be found on a waiver for lot 4, this letter will serve that purpose.” Is there any indication in PCD files that a waiver was ever granted on Lot 4 in the past? STANDARD FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: ENUMERATIONS/FLOODPLAIN WILL REVIEW THE MYLAR PRIOR TO PLAT FOR ADDRESS PLACEMENT, ROAD NAMING, TITLE BLOCK, & FLOODPLAIN STATEMENT. $10.00 PER LOT & TRACT FEE WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE REVIEW OF THE MYLAR.
