Regarding a request for approval of a vacation and replat for Forest Lakes Filing No. 1A, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. Parcel 71260-06-001 currently has the address of 2107 Forest Lakes Dr. and contains a wastewater pump station which was permitted and built under that address. Parcel 71260-00-042 currently uses the address of 2020 W. Baptist Rd. and contains an electric service which uses the address of 2105 Forest Lakes Dr. The combined parcels, after plat should use the address of 2107 Forest Lakes Dr. in order to minimize addressing confusion. This address should appear on the mylar.
2. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, title block, street names, and floodplain statement. Since the new tract will reuse an existing address, no Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review.
3. Provide a copy of the final recorded plat for our records.




Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.
