1. For the property owner at 13780 Black Forest Road there was a permit pulled for an addition in October 2013 for an addition to the home. This permit is not complete. This will not affect the current plat, just an fyi that the permit should be reopened and completed.

Regarding a request for approval of a plat for Apache Woods Filing No. 3, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. The letter of intent states “There are no existing structures on these lots”. Lot 7 has a residence constructed in 2013 located on the parcel and lot 10A also contains a residence with building permit history as recent as 2014. Were these structures demolished? If they were, no demolition permits were issued. Clarify this statement.
2. The addresses of 6675 Jicarilla Dr. and 13780 Black Forest Rd. for proposed Lots 7A and 10B will carry over from the current configuration and should appear on the mylar for recording. The address of 13765 Zuni Ln. which is currently assigned to Lot 6 will go away.
3. Prior to recording, Enumerations will review the mylar for addressing, street names, title block and floodplain statement. Since the addressing is existing, no Enumerations fee will be due at the time of mylar review.
4. Any additional structures built on the lots created by this amended plat may receive separate addresses.




Floodplain has no comment or objection to this submittal.
