Regarding a request for a development plan at 5910 Omaha Blvd, Enumerations has the following comments:

1. If the proposed concession stand will require a building permit, then this structure will be assigned a separate address.

1) Sufficient fire department access shall be provided to access the proposed concession shack within 150-feet or less from where a fire apparatus can safely park. In order to achieve this, strategically located access gate(s) shall be provided through the court area(s).

2) Limited information has been provided concerning the occupancy classification and occupant load of the fenced in court areas. Based on this information, plus that fact that the existing A2 Tavern exits into the court area, a code study shall be provided by a design professional indicating adequate travel distance and egress out of the fenced court area with appropriate egress gates and latching hardware.

3) Depending on the chain link fence access design, KNOX padlocks may be required to provide fire department access.

Please provide verification of this information at your earliest opportunity.
