1. Prior to recording the vacation replat the applicant will need to bring in title commitment dated within 30 days of submittal, a tax certificate showing zero balance due, the plat will need to be stamped by enumerations, and all signatures/stamps outside of El Paso County must be complete. All applicable recording fees are due at the time of recording.
2. Please verify all easements included in the title commitment have been shown on the plat.

1. Address for lot 16, is 6365 Connaught Drive-single home on the property. Addresses for lot 17, are 6415 & 6425 Connaught Drive-2 single family homes on his property. All addressing that pertain to each lot needs to placed on the mylar.
2. On the title block the quarter section should be SE1/4 OF THE SW1/4 not SW1/4 OF SW1/4 .

Standard Final Plat comments:
1. Enumerations/Floodplain will review the mylar prior to plat for address placement, street naming, title block and floodplain statement.
2. $10.00 per lot and tract fee will be due at the time of the review of the mylar. If an address is not needed on a tract then no fee applies. Check should be made out to Regional Building Department. Paid directly to the Enumerations department.
3. A copy of the final recorded plat is required prior to plan submittal.
