Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater does not have comments on any of the uploaded documents. However, please note the following:

The square footage of the building is stated to be 16,000sq ft (0.37ac). If the total grading for this building is going to exceed 1ac, an EPC Stormwater Permit ("ESQCP") will be required with all of the associated documents. Please conact me if you have any questions regarding the stormwater permit requirements.

BFFRPD requests from the County any direction they would need from BFFRPD regarding this application. It appears as though this is a zoning item and PPRBD item. If this is being converted to a commercial facility, which the cursory review does not seem to indicate, then the IFC would apply and the application would be referred to CSFD Construction Services for review and the applicant would need to submit review back to county EDARP for further review by County. 4/2/2024 10:27:25 AM
