1. Please confirm with the County planner whether a subdivision exemption is needed for creation of this tract.
2. Please provide an updated title commitment specific to this proposed tract to identify any possible conflicts with existing easements or other interests.
3. If 2023 taxes have not yet been paid on the larger parcels this year, they must be paid before the BoCC hearing. County Attorney's Office will also request a tax proration from the Treasurer's Office for any taxes that have accrued on the ROW tracts in 2024; those taxes must also be paid before the BoCC hearing.
4. The County Attorney's Office can then schedule this matter before the BoCC for approval.

El Paso County Parks and Community Services Department, Review Comments: The ROW deeding of this section of Myers Road to El Paso County does not impact any existing or proposed parks, trails, or open space. The proposed Hanover Road Bicycle Route is located along Myers Road, but remains in the ROW as an on-road facility, and as such, no trail easements are necessary. 2/22/2024 1:26:29 PM
