Review 1 comments are as follows: -Revise letter to include whether pond will meet release rates and also include what the storage volume is now that the pond is built. -Outlet structure steps that were called out in the original construction drawings need to be installed since outlet structure is taller than 2.5 feet. Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater has the following comment: For the Volume Certification Letter for the SFB, see ECM Chap 5.10.6.B for details on what type of statement should be included in the letter. State in the letter that the site and adjacent properties (as affected by work performed under the County permit) are stable with respect to settlement and subsidence, sloughing of cut and fill slopes, revegetation or other ground cover, and that the improvements (public improvements, site grading) meet or exceed the minimum design requirements.
