Description
Construction of an approximately 1,200 square foot building that will house chemical storage tanks, chemical pumps, and process piping and valving. The existing 500,000-gallon storage tank will be converted to a potable water storage tank, an additional 500,000-gallon potable water storage tank will be constructed, and site piping to and from the tanks and the existing pump station will be installed. Proposed to have less than 500 CY of fill / less than 1 acre land disturbance.

Review 1: EPC DPW Stormwater does not have any comments.

Note: The proposed area of disturbance is less than 1 acre, therefore an ESQCP is not required. If the area of disturbance exceeds 1 acre at any time, all work must be stopped and an ESQCP must be obtained in order to resume construction.

-Note Filing 2A Replat (pending submission) must reflect changes to access easement through TRACT C of Filing 3

-Filing 2A must account for changes in stormwater runoff from this development. An updated drainage letter will be required for Filing 2A Replat.

-Site Development Plan approval must be conditional on approval of Filing 2A Replat submission.

-Road Impact fees are applicable: 1265sqft Bldg CAT: PUBLIC/INSTITUTION $3,372/1000sqft = $4,265.58

1. The intent letter states the address of 21388 Hwy 94, this is an incorrect address. The existing tank is under 22315 Hwy 94. Plan with Regional Building department has been approved and the permit has been issued under O69293.
No further comment.
