Engineering Review Ver.4 No further engineer comments. TIS routed for approval. Notes for Plat Application: A new access and maintenance agreement to be recorded will be required with the plat submittal application to include road design cross section (standard EPC Rural gravel road) An FAE will be required with the plat submittal along with road design A EPC Standard rural cul-de-sac will be required at the terminus of the private road. A deviation will be required under ECM 2.3.8 for cul-de-sac length >1600ft with the plat submittal. Road Impact fees are applicable to be paid at time of plat recordation or at time of building permit.
